If you have created an account at our page you can check your order status at dedicatednutrition.eu/account. If you don’t have an account yet, simply create one (use the same link). Make sure to use the same email address that you are receiving your order confirmations on.

Check your email
After your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code to track your order. Didn’t receive an email or is the tracking code not working? Please send us an email at shop@dedicatednutrition.eu. Also check your spam folder to make sure our emails are not being blocked.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on non-business days will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday till Friday.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel and return your order (or a part of it) without having to give us a specific reason.

Returning or cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [Dedicated Brands Direct, Maxwellstraat 29, 7825 GA, Emmen, The Netherlands, shop@dedicatednutrition.eu, tel: +31 (0)85 - 00 646 85] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

For the quickest handling of your return we advise sending an email to shop@dedicatednutrition.eu. Either fill in and attach our return form (which you can request by email) to your email or just mention the following details in your email:

  • Item(s) you like to return (just state ‘all’ if you wish to return your entire order).
  • Order date
  • Date received
  • Name (make sure this is the name on which the order was placed).

After receiving a confirmation from our end you have 14 days to ship back the product. The product itself does not have to be received by us within those 14 days as long as you can proof that you have shipped the order within those first 14 days.

  • Please ship the order to the address below.
  • When shipping the return items please make sure to ask for a shipping confirmation from your shipping company.
  • Please ship back the return items in the original packaging.

We will refund your order amount within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, with reservation of receiving proof that the parcel has been shipped back to us. There are a couple cautions:

  • Please be aware that when the returned product is part of a larger order we do not refund the initial shipping costs.
  • We refund standard shipping rates only. Also when you have chosen express delivery we will still refund the standard rate.
  • Costs for returning the parcel will not be refunded. We will refund your amount the same way you made the payment (for example. but not limited to. credit card. PayPal or gift card). An exception can be made when you have agreed to us to refund the amount in another way.
  • Please be aware that you could be held responsible for value decrease if a product is clearly damaged due to carelessness on your end.

Can all items be returned no matter what?
All products can be returned. Please be aware that only items purchased through this website can be returned. Dedicated products bought at another retail point must be returned to that specific retailer.

The right to return does not exist for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning Damaged Goods
Please send back the order to the return address mentioned below.

Please make sure to send us a confirmation that you shipped the order. This can be done by email to shop@dedicatednutrition.eu.

After we received your order we will either refund your order or send you a new parcel to replace the damaged goods within 2 business days. In case your order is refunded we will refund the entire order amount including your return costs within 2 business days* after receiving your return shipment. Business days are Monday till Friday.

Please understand that when the returned product is part of a larger order we do not refund the initial shipping costs.

*Keep in mind that, depending on your bank and payment provider, it may take a couple extra days before the refunded amount actually shows up in your account balance.

    Items are missing from my order.
    When items are missing from your order please contact us at shop@dedicatednutrition.eu. Please make sure to mention the order number in your email. We’ll reply back to you within 2 business days.

    What if my parcel cannot be delivered?
    Depending on your region we make two or three attempts to deliver your order. You will receive a notice every time we try to deliver your order. After two or three unsuccessful delivery attempts you will receive a notice that your order can be picked up at a local pick-up point.
